“What a wonderful yoga retreat we had. The garden is magical - I can't stop thinking about all those beautiful trees. The yoga studio is magical with bush buck grazing outside. The food was amazing. The accommodation was clean and cosy, the lounge downstairs was inviting with loads of books to read on a stormy day. I watched about 6 whales slapping their tails on the sea water, and Cape gannets diving for fish. My only regret is not staying longer. What a special place this is. Thank you Lucy and Scott for the peaceful retreat, and Kirsten for the delicious food.”

The rooms and common areas are just so homely and Kristin’s cuisine is so wonderfully extraordinary it would turn a lion into a vegetarian !!!

“The most beautiful home away from home This place is magical, up in the mountains in the heart of the subtropics, and under the canopies of majestic trees lies the beautiful yoga studio with glass walls and a never ending view into nature

The accommodation is homely and cozy, not far from the beach and wonderful nature walking trails.

The cuisine was exquisite, offering the most delicious variety of food everyday and an abundance of fresh avocados picked directly from their trees!

Last but not least special thanks to the kind and humble hosts Scott and Lucie who are warm, friendly, always accommodating and making the stay as memorable as you could ever imagine. I sure hope to be back sometime soon. Thank you”

Surrounded by lush foliage and views of the vast Indian Ocean, it is the perfect spot to retreat. A menu that focuses on clean eating, a beautiful Shala in which you can practice, and a living space that is inviting and peaceful, by the end of your first day your body will begin to soften.
